The International Congress of Physical Education and Sport (I.C.P.E.S.) was organized for 24th consecutive year by the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences of the Democritus University of Thrace (Komotini, Greece) on 20th till the 22nd of May of 2016. The diachronic and effective organization of the I.C.P.E.S. by the teaching and administrative staff of the Department depends on its dynamic targets.
