The International Congress of Physical Education and Sport (I.C.P.E.S.) was organized for 25th consecutive year by the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences of the Democritus University of Thrace (Komotini, Greece) on 19th till the 21st of May of 2017. The diachronic and effective organization of the I.C.P.E.S. by the teaching and administrative staff of the Department depends on its dynamic targets.
