The International Congress of Physical Education and Sport (I.C.P.E.S.) was organized for 28th consecutive year by the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences of the Democritus University of Thrace (Komotini, Greece) on 12th till the 14th of June of 2020. The diachronic and effective organization of the I.C.P.E.S. by the teaching and administrative staff of the Department depends on its dynamic targets.
