The International Congress of Physical Education and Sport (I.C.P.E.S.) was organized for 29th consecutive year by the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences of the Democritus University of Thrace (Komotini, Greece) on 14th till the 16th of May of 2021. The diachronic and effective organization of the I.C.P.E.S. by the teaching and administrative staff of the Department depends on its dynamic targets.
